Production area
Near Montemerano (330mt above sea level) and next to Saturnia Spa, at the meeting point between the areas of the denomination of origin Morellino di Scansano and Bianco di Pitigliano, both of which are Maremma wines.
Grapes and their vinification
Late August vinification, skinless controlled fermentation. Grapes: Chardonnay.
Organolpeptic test
COLOUR: straw yellow with golden highlights.
BOUQUET: intense, aromatic with “Golden” apple scent.
FLAVOUR: dry, harmonious, well structured with full aftertaste.
Gastronomic matchings
Perfect with hors d’oeuvres, soups, fish and white meat, but suitable for the whole meal; ideal also as an aperitif.
Serve at 8-9° C.
