Under Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Code concerning the protection of personal data) the undersigned Villa Acquaviva, as owner of the treatment, informs that the acquired personal data with reference to the established commercial relationships will be processed according to the above-mentioned regulations.
In connection with these treatments it also provides the following information:
The purposes of the processing of personal data given to us are: implementation of agreed contracts and related commitments, fulfillment of legal obligations related to the contractual relationship, organizational management of the contract, possible external professional collaboration for the fulfillment of legal obligations , contractual rights protection, statistical analysis, marketing activities by sending ours or others products and services promotional and advertising material.
The personal information will be handled on paper, digitally and electronically, and inserted into the relevant databases and could be accessed and then be acquainted by the specifically by the owner entrusted with the handling and processing of the personal data staff and who can perform consultation operations, use, processing, comparison and any other operation even automated in respect of the provisions of law in order to ensure, among other things, the confidentiality and data security and the accuracy, updating and relevance of data for the stated purposes.
The assignment of personal data is relative to the execution of all necessary and functional activities and performance of contractual and legal obligations.
In consequence any refusal to provide data for such purposes may prevent us from continuing the contractual relationship and legal obligations.
The data may be communicated to the following categories:
Post office, transport and shipping companies for aspects related to shipments of goods and customs procedures; banks for the management of cashings and payments; financial administrations and other companies or public bodies in fulfillment of legal requirements; companies and law firms for the protection of contractual rights; agents, representatives, headhunters who work for the company itself, contractor companies, self-employed and commissioning companies; debt collection company; our other customers and suppliers; other external companies in conformity with contractual obligations derived from the normal business activity.
There will be no disclosure of personal information.
